The annual world event Harvest Festival WOW 2018 has been live in game this year, and let’s find out more details below if interested.
Time for Harvest Festival WOW event 2018
Usually the Harvest Festival, the annual world event kicks off in September or October every year for a duration of one week, while it is live from 10:00 a.m. on Sept 18 to 10:00 a.m. on Sept 25, 2018.
As a small celebration to give thanks to the fallen heroes of Horde and Alliance, the event refers to the real-world harvest festivals, similar to the North American Chuseok and the Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival.
The way to join in the event
During the Harvest Festival, a great buffet has been built up outside of Orgrimmar and Ironforge, and you can sample a variety of harvest food, while a nearby questfiver releases the task of honoring a fallen hero. And as Horde, you will be sent to leave an object of tribute at the monument to Grom Hellscream in Ashenvale. On the other hand, you will be sent to the tomb of Uther the Lightbringer in the Western Plaguelands if you are Alliance players.
Until now, no achievements for the holiday have been unlocked, though eating and drinking some items (including Harvest Boar, Fish, Fruit & Nectar) will count towards “Tastes Like Chicken” and “It's Happy Hour Somewhere”
All in all, please enjoy the event and never forget you can buy WOW gold from our site.
